We have an immediate opening for a full-time, senior-level position as a Mortgage Loan Services Officer, based at our Eureka Harrison Member Services Branch. Looking for a friendly, dynamic individual with a great deal of initiative and commitment to high quality service. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and at least three years of lending experience with loan decision authority. Expertise in informing and guiding members through the entire mortgage loan process, from application to close, for all related products.  Salary is $22.99 – $40.22, and depending on experience, may be hired as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer with a higher salary range. Mortgage Loan Services Officer – Full Job Description

We are hiring for a regular, full-time System Administrator working from our McKinleyville offices. This individual coordinates and performs analysis, implementation and maintenance of the credit union’s server systems, applications, and software. They also coordinate activities in support of organization strategic goals and objectives. The position also monitors system performance and alerts, ensures updates are tested, assists the Service Desk, audits systems for security and compliance, and travels to branch locations as needed. Candidates should have strong communication skills, experience with Windows system administration, and a degree in Computer Science or 2–4 years of equivalent experience. Experience with Microsoft Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, Hyper-V, Linux, thin clients, or Citrix is preferred, as is financial services experience. Our Willow Creek location has a regular full-time opportunity for a Member Services Representative. This individual enjoys assisting others as part of an energetic, cohesive team, providing exceptional service to members with transactions and cross servicing credit union products and services in conjunction with needs. Customer service and cash handling experience preferred, and detailed training provided. Salary range is $18.00 – $30.80/hour, and depending on experience, could be filled at a MSR I, MSR II, or Senior MSR level with a higher salary range. Member Services Rep – Full Job Description

We have a regular, full-time opportunity for a Financial Analyst based in our McKinleyville offices. The Financial Analyst supports the credit union’s accounting and reporting functions by generating, analyzing, and interpreting financial data from multiple internal systems. This role develops and maintains spreadsheets and analytical models to support financial reporting, regulatory Call Report requirements, and broader financial analysis. The position also performs a variety of accounting duties, including account reconciliation, period-end balancing, purchasing, payroll support, and general ledger maintenance, and applies solid knowledge of GAAP and credit union operations. Experience in Excel and strong critical thinking skills are required. Experience in credit union accounting, regulatory reporting, and financial institution operations is preferred.
