Member Relationship Services Specialist
We have an opportunity for a regular, full-time position rotating between our Willow Creek and Hoopa locations. As part of these dynamic, cohesive teams, this unique position requires a great deal of initiative and attention to detail and combines the functions of a Member Services Rep, New Accounts Rep, and Member Loan Services Rep. Primary tasks include informing and guiding members through CCCU deposit products and services to identify needs, opening accounts, and performing basic processing for consumer loans. As a senior-level employee, this position requires knowledge in a variety of operational functions and three years of experience in customer service, cash handling, and loan processing.
